Variegated Burle Marx Philodendren

This lovely Burle Marx Philodendren is from my personal mother plant.  Fully rooted and producing new leaves! Grown in a 3 inch pot.  This plant is absolutely gorgeous and is constantly throwing some of the prettiest leaves I have ever seen.
