Personality : A nice male betta with personality!  He has a hole in his caudal fin, no clue where it came from but it appears to be here to stay.  His colors reflect and change colors depending on the lighting.

This betta is part of my USA Bred Hybrid Betta Project, born in Raleigh North Carolina.  Since they carry the Marble Gene there is a possibility of changing colors as well.  

CARE

Wild and Hybrid bettas are master jumpers, lids are highly recommended or a minimum of a 4 inch clearance from the rim to the water line.  They love to explore and are very curious, 5 gallon tanks are the minimum recommendation.  They are very good at hunting, not recommended for shrimp, but do fine with betta-friendly fish in larger tanks.
