Personality : A very friendly betta!  She is always at the top of the pond inspecting what I'm doing.  She does well with her guppy tankmates.  

Color : This girl won't stop changing colors!!!  I can not guarantee what she will look like when she ships, or what she will look like in 2 weeks.  Its been so much fun to watch her because she literally has had 4 different looks in the past 2 months. 

This betta is part of my USA Bred Hybrid Betta Project, born in Raleigh North Carolina.  She carries the Marble Gene and WILL change colors over time. 

Health Notice : This betta comes from a mom with known health issues.  After spawning, the mother unfortunately began developing two tumors.  I am rehoming the fish from this spawn at a lowered rate to hopefully get them into good homes who can report back to me any health issues they face. 

CARE

Wild and Hybrid bettas are master jumpers, lids are highly recommended or a minimum of a 4 inch clearance from the rim to the water line.  They love to explore and are very curious, 5 gallon tanks are the minimum recommendation.  They are very good at hunting, not recommended for shrimp, but do fine with betta-friendly fish in larger tanks.
